I highly recommend Featherstone Leigh’s Kew team. Jo O’Sullivan has a brilliant knowledge of the area and market and is great at building long term relationship with her clients and I’ve been so impressed with the expertise and hard work Prue Semba has demonstrated as she skilfully guided me through the letting process. This team have gone above and beyond and are friendly and fun to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A huge thank you to Jo and Prue in helping my brother and sell the family home. They were both so kind, patient and proactive. Having unsuccessfully tried to sell the house with other "local" agencies for many months, Prue and Jo jumped into action and thanks to their thorough knowledge of the Kew Village market and their personal contacts within the community. They, very quickly , not only connected us with the perfect buyer, but also found me the perfect flat, off market, to move to, thus allowing me to stay in this wonderful area which is Kew Village. I cannot recommend the Featherstone Leigh, Kew office highly enough - all thanks to Jo and Prue's knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service.

We recently bought a flat through featherstone Leigh and were so impressed with Prue and Jo. We had viewed 15+ properties with other estate agents who were very pushy and didnt show us appropriate properties. So glad we found featherstone Leigh! They kept us informed at all times and helped us move things along with the sale. Prue and Jo took lots of time to support us through the process and answer all of our (many) questions. Would highly recommend.

We had a really good experience with everyone from this branch but specially Prue: We saw one flat that was really nice but not quite the size we were hoping and not only were they lovely at the viewing, but they called us after to follow up and immediately suggested another flat that was not even advertised yet but would fit our requirements a bit better. They booked as for a viewing right away and good thing they did because that is now our new flat!! Prue was very patient and friendly all throughout the process and went out of her way to get everything done in a record time as the landlord was going away and we needed to get everything sorted in a few days too.
We had seen about 20 flats with different estate agencies and this one was the only one were absolutely everyone we spoke to was always beyond lovely and helpful, which was one of the reasons we chose this property: 10/10 would recommend!

My recent experience of selling my house was excellent. The Team in the Kew office are amazing. Thoroughly professional and determined to work with you to get the best price possible; not just a quick sale. They are all excellent communicators and will go out their way to help with any problems related to the sale of your house. Thanks very much to you all.
PS the only problem is they all sound the same on the phone ????
