No viewing and pathetic service

Absolutely appalling if you're renting. Highly unethical and only interested in fobbing you off if you actually want something, using delaying tactics and stalling when you contact them.
Do not be fooled. Always polite on the phone but all talk and no action.
THE STORY:
I haven't actually lived in the property since beginning of March 2019 and only lived there for three months due to relationship breakdown. The joint tenancy started in July 2018 fixed for one year but they're telling it cannot be ended as it is ongoing. All advice I've been given from other sources suggests that if it's rolling from month to month any of the joint tenants can give notice at any time after the fixed term ended. They won't have it. Been trying to sort this out for three years! All I'm being told is the landlord won't agree to it.
First year never got a response except they would look into it. Last year was told eventually they would renew the lease but obviously without me as there is no TA in place so the tenancy would end and if the other party wanted to stay on would have to meet the referencing checks again. Waited patiently for two months, then back to the old game and was told the tenancy dated from 2018 was still valid and rolling and the landlord won't agree to ending it. They are telling you they will contact the landlord, if you call two days later to find out you're told they're calling him literally 'just now' while you're on the line. Of course ????.
Never return calls but always promise to phone with an update. Never happens. Unresponsive would be an understatement. I've made dozens of calls, sent emails and 3x notice to quit and was told it wasn't being accepted! What a joke. We're now in year three of trying to sort this out. Meanwhile I'm technically still liable for a property I haven't lived in for five years (and only for four months) but was the only one to meet the credit check.
With an ex living there who isn't paying her water bills and with that has spoiled my credit rating. Thanks very much.
The takeaway from this is that Taylors are not interested in you if you're not going to make them money.

A 5 star review for our mortgage advisor Curtis Green. We were first time buyers and didn’t know much about the process, Curtis was extremely friendly and professional from the start, helping us a lot along the way. He was there to answer any questions we had, even if not directly related to his services but the process with solicitors and kept in contact with us often. He also called our solicitors to chase the progress for us without us even having to ask and updated us on a weekly basis. Would highly recommend anybody to use Curtis’ services as we will definitely be back when the time comes to re-mortgage. He is an asset to any company he works for. Thank you Curtis.

I should publicly like to give enormous thanks to Rob and his team for providing incredible support during the recent sale and purchase of two flats. I can honestly say that I have never received such amazing support from an estate agent and would not hesitate to use Taylors again. Of all the house moves in my life, this was the most traumatic, yet Taylors were highly professional in overcoming every obstacle we met.

We switched to Taylors from another agent after failing to find a buyer for our home. We had lots of viewings but still didn't find a buyer due to market conditions. We then switched to lettings and the first family to see it made an offer.
As first-time landlords, we were full of apprehension and anxiety, but Taylors were understanding and supportive from start to finish. I have to single out Katie Ambler who has been incredible - responsive by email and phone, friendly, efficient, reassuring, on top of absolutely everything. Thanks, Katie, for going the extra mile for us!

We used Taylor’s to find a property to rent in Milton Keynes. They were amazing at first then went downhill very quickly. Emails and phone calls went ignored, this went on for months. We felt very let down.
Then Nikolina returned a call, suddenly everything changed. Not only did she apologise for us being ignored, but then went above and beyond.
My partner and I have relocated to Yorkshire and Nikolina has been in constant contact, to make sure our ending our tenancy, went as smoothly as possible. A big thank you to Nikolina for your hard work and outstanding customer relationship.

My portfolio manager is Trinity and she is such a professional responsive person. She always goes above and beyond in helping me resolve any issues I have with the property I rent.
For example this morning I phoned with an issue I had and by 1 Trinity had someone out.
This is a personal thanks to Trinity for the support she gives me as a tenant, who always goes above any beyond

Overly concerned with selling their mortgage brocker service, which was deeply unhelpful because my situation was a typical. The agent was more interested in selling new builds even though I had specific properties that I was interested in. In the end I purchased through an alternative agent.

We rented for 2 years through Taylors Milton Keynes and I would have to say the overall service from them was average at best - and I think that stems largely from them being part of a large Countrywide network in which the individual tenants appear to sit at the bottom of their priority list. On a slightly more positive note, I sensed that things that have improved since Katie became the new lettings manager in MK.
However, I am actually writing this review because I want to give credit to Trinity Frost who is the Property Manager based in Northampton. Trinity was an absolute star - in fact I would go as far as saying she is the best Property manager we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in more than 10 years of renting, both in the UK and overseas. She was always responsive to our requests, dealing with all issues in a positive and proactive way and would follow up with us to ensure everything had been addressed to our satisfaction. We always felt valued by her and cannot speak highly enough of her levels of Customer Service!
