I had an excellent experience of rent my flat with Hunters. The process was very efficient and I would highly recommend them. With Mr. James communication from start to finish was extremely good - any questions or concerns were dealt with very quickly and he always took the time to respond even at evenings or on his days off. From friendly staff to clear procedures and open communication throughout the letting process, it has been a pleasure to work with them (they really are turning what could be extremely stressful into a nice experience). James at Hunter’s is a true angel. Hands down the best service of any description I’ve ever received from a single person. He literally saved our tenancy! With a tyrant landlord that has now left the agency, he turned problems into solutions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and secure. I can never say thank you enough! Future tenants! Please avoid this company if you can, specially the office located in Surrey Quays. I've rented a room with them in 2018 as one of my ex-friends had an Apartment with them, they asked me to pay £250 for a "references" which I did at that time but never received any contract from them & give the deposit of the room to the main tenant,( I did receive a notification from the DPS, informing the deposit was received and "secured" but it was put it to a different property, I didn't really pay much attention at that time as I've trusted the company and DPS) it was ok for me at that time as I was moving to live with my friend anyway (wrong mistake!) April 2020, I've received an email from DPS to claim my deposit which I did, I've explained everything in details, providing all the evidence an information but nothing has been resolved, they just "throwing the ball" to different people. Such a disappointment!! The company acts with such a dodgy behaviours as they've decided to "close the case" and informed me that I need to solve the problem with the tenant directly which I do not longer have the contact.... I would call this an update as the sale of my house is still going through. I chose Hunters over all other Agency's as my gut feeling told me James Aademuyiwa was a genuine and loyal person. As yet I have not been proved wrong. My house was sold within days and in this time got to deal with Sabeshan Balasingham (James colleague) another nice genuine guy. I believe they are working hard to insure everything is going through as I am in a position where I need to Exchange in 21 Days. I cannot praise their expertise and knowledge enough and feel confident they will help me complete my house move within the time scale required. I am sure I will be reviewing again in a few weeks to advise I have at last moved and will be forever thankful to Hunters , James and Sab. Our sale fell through days before lockdown and as such I was devastated. This was out of James and Sab's control but as soon as lockdown was lifted James and Sab had viewings arranged. We again sold our house within days but the property I was buying had to be completed within a short time frame. James worked so hard to make this happen for me and always made a point of making sure I was informed of all what was happening and at what stage we were at. He liaised with the ruthless property developers I was buying from and I firmly believe without him I would not have got the house I was buying. I was able t call James at anytime and he was always willing and made time to speak to me. I know at times I put pressure on him but he never once seemed phased by it. I cannot praise James or his colleague Sab highly enough and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I actually feel I have made a friend and will miss our weekly or sometimes daily chats. Wouldn't give them even one star if I could, they are the worst agent ever. Also, the managers are very rude and have poor customer service. Most of the times they were ignoring the calls. Furthermore, they have deceived us on multiple occasions regarding them having an extra key for the flat and telling us that they didn't receive our emails. They have rented a flat that has a mouse infestation. Besides, the flat wasn't cleaned before we moved in and there were mice droppings in the kitchen cupboards. ( but when we moved out, they took a cleaning charge from us). Because of the mice droppings, I had to stay at my friends' house for a week because I got sick. The boiler and heaters were broken and took them more than a month to fix it. Since the heaters were broken, some of the walls get moulded; and they charged us for this.... Read more

This is a very professional team and extremely knowledgeable about the property market in our local area. We had our property listed and sold STC in a week!
