Though now associated with the Goodfellows chain, for wider marketing of properties on its books, Finch & Co retains the feeling of a small, locally-focused firm, with a long history in Merton Park, and comprehensive knowledge of the area. Every member of the team I dealt with in selling my flat was professional in approach, and unfailingly courteous: at no stage was there any sense of the impatience or insincerity sometimes encountered with lower-grade agencies. Following amicable consultations to gather all the information necessary to go to market, Katharine and her colleague Luis worked hard: fielding a satisfactory number of enquiries, and securing a sale within three weeks, for a price very close to the estimate. Throughout, I was kept well-informed about progress towards contract and completion. For anyone selling or buying in and around Merton Park, I would say Finch & Co can be considered a solid and reliable choice.

What a lovely bunch of people. They have a reassuring nature which is so helpful in what might otherwise be a stressful process. Finch & Co have a uniquely personable approach which makes you feel well looked after.
Their in-house mortgage expert is also brilliant; he really knows his stuff.
I wholeheartedly recommend Finch & Co and would gladly do business with them again.
