Stirling Ackroyd were an absolute delight to deal with. The whole team were very helpful in helping us move, but I simply have to single out man like Omar Robertson. He was brilliant from start to finish, very helpful and made the whole moving process a joy! Excellent at his job! Would strongly recommend using this estate agents for any future moves!

Omar has been brilliant in supporting us from viewing to getting the contract over the line. We had some difficulty with the GoodLord process but Omar was supportive in his communication and action in navigating this. We were very satisfied with the communication with the staff when me an my friend were looking for our new place to rent. They were updating us regularly with the progress of our offer and the process. They were very kind and to provide us all the relevant information for the next steps which made the process very smooth. Both Omar and Kurwahn were very keen to support and answer our questions. Thank you!
I will have to change my review given the recent events. Our check in date was incorrect and we had to call them to confirm. They ignored our request for the landlord to paint the property, when I saw the house, after we received the keys, it was in an awful condition with not even a single effort to fix even the basics. When I called them to complain and ask for someone to come and have a look, they told me that they are not responsible for that but they will contact the maintenance team,( we found broken furniture's, one window broken and one not working, walls full with wholes and dirt, mouse poison scattered in the cupboards), and also they said that they don't manage the property and we need to contact the property manager ( who I need to mention that first time she dropped us an email , 3days after the check in ,and after that she has disappeared). When I called the agency again they told me that they have no other point of contact apart from that property manager and company email, not even a contact number or a surname. Disappointing!
I am leaving the 2 stars only because you had manners and your team was polite but not helpful when needed. I guess I need to go to the council now to see if they can be of more help.

Initially i wrote a nice review , but now i changed my mind , especially given the recent events. It is my first time renting in London and all this is shocking, just taking advantage of people needing to rent.I realised that they never highlighted to the landlord that we wanted the property to be painted (when i went to see the property after they gave me the keys i was shocked with the dirtynes on the walls and signs of leak) they reassured me that the furniture's were almost new so they can convince us to keep them in the property ( they are old, broken and disgusting) , they were unable to provide us any contact number for the landlord. We didn't receive any email from the property manager until 3 days after we received the keys. As soon as i entered the property and saw that mess plus broken windows i called them and they didn't seem to feel very impressed. I had to call them the next day to see what will be done and all i heard was that they cannot do anything and they are not responsible for the property . All this has resulted to delay our move in date us we need to clean and sort out all that mess. I am completely disappointed.

Omar is an excellent estate agent. Informed and friendly during the viewing. He did a really good job of walking us through the process of offering where he gave us tips to maximise our application. An absolutely first class and refreshing service from Omar the Lettings consultant and Kurwahn the lettings manager, from dealing previously with another local agent (Oliver Burns who's services left me wanting to sell the property completely) the service was leaps and bounds better with Stirling Ackroyd, Kurwahn made the process nice and easy for me and Omar easily let the property while providing me with regular feedback to find my ideal tenant at my expected price - Omar wishing you the best for your upcoming promotion you are a true asset to your company and deserving of the rewards from your diligent and professional work.

We were fortunate to have Omar Robertson assist us in finding our new home. From the initial contact, Omar was professional and efficient. He sent us a detailed list of properties that matched our preferences, and once we made a selection, he coordinated the visit.
From there, the process became somewhat tedious as the reference company took longer than expected. However, throughout this time, Omar demonstrated exceptional patience and a polite attitude towards us. He advocated on our behalf, doing everything possible to overcome any obstacles that arose.
