Bought with David Doyle, from start to finish they were excellent. I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!

The team at David Doyle were, without exception, excellent when we decided to sell our 4 bed detached property in Hemel Hempstead. From the very beginning to the final completion each chapter of the sale was fully guided and advised. Unfortunately when we wanted to move the general market had taken a bit of a downturn however with their advice we managed to sell our house and buy our new dream home in Devon. Would I recommend David Doyle... Absolutely, without any hesitation.

Friendly staff, Tom showed us the property and he was very friendly and helped us to get this budget house quickly. However, concerns related to house are not dealt properly, I have to figure things out by myself and still waiting for few things to sort out. After renting the property, I didn’t find the service helpful, hence three stars given.

Thanks to the staff of this great estate agency. And a particular thank you to Magdalena, who was super patient and helpful. Buying a house can be stressful for vendors and buyers but for agents too, and Magdalena was professional despite the many queries she was asked that weren't in her remit, but se always helped. Thanks for helping us buy our first home.

I bought first property from David Doyle's, and I'm not sure if it was the pandemic and the surge of house purchases due to the stamp duty holiday, but the experience wasn't very good to be honest. Possibly due to the stress of buying the property, I was probably a bit short and nasty at times to the staff - sorry Charles!
Naturally when it came to selling said property, I used a different agent.
After being on sale for several weeks with this different agent, and having very little interest, despite building a fantastic extension and converting the garage, we thought.. Should we try David Doyle's? They've sold the house-can sell it again..
The experience of doing the brochure was seamless and very straight forward. The pictures looked great, and the pictures really provided a "true reflection" of the house and what it offered. Showcasing the extension we added, in all its glory! :-)
I am extremely pleased that I reached out, because after less than 2 weeks, we had multiple offers and we were able to accept an offer from a lovely couple who were buying their first home.
I would like to personally mention Matthew Stone, Charles Stoten and Magdalena - I know that if we ever need to sell going forward, we'll be using Doyle's first.

Awful service, we went to look at a property and the lady who showed us around rushed us around and then said come let's go we need to go now, which we found very unprofessional and rude, another property we looked at with them the agent said they were open to offers then we was told they were not open to offers by someone else, so someone was not telling the truth, we put an offer in and heard nothing for days and then finally phoned us up only to talk rubbish about how they wanted more money basically trying to get a bidding war, Charles take for ever to contact, the company is so slow at selling and helping you to buy, do not trust this company with selling your property or buying a property.
