I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by the team at Foxtons SW16, particularly Sebastian, Dinishka, and Muhammad. Despite our review being nearly a year overdue, I felt compelled to share our exceptional experience. From the outset, they demonstrated a keen understanding of our needs and desires. Although we initially had no plans to move, upon encountering a property listed with Foxtons, we knew it was the one for us. We made it clear that if they could sell our current property, we would purchase the one on the market. Throughout the entire process, they consistently had our best interests at heart. Their support and guidance were invaluable, and they facilitated every aspect of the journey seamlessly. Thanks to their dedication and professionalism, both the selling and purchasing transactions were completed in just seven weeks, a timeframe that was critical for securing the property we had fallen in love with. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service and would wholeheartedly give them 10 stars if I could.

This was my first time buying a flat and I couldn’t have been luckier to find Liz Thomas. Seeing as it was my first time, there were many challenges I discovered in the process and Liz truly helped me through all of them. She was always incredibly quick to reply and really worked hard to find properties that fit with what I wanted, something that I can’t say the same about with the other estate agents I met when beginning my search. I feel very, very fortunate that Liz was the person who helped me in this process. She truly made everything as smooth as possible and I could always rely on her. Can’t recommend Liz enough. ??????????

My son bought his first ever flat through Liz Thomas at Foxtons. We met with many different estate agents through his search but professionally, Liz towered head and shoulders above anyone else. After a line up of viewings day 1 she had clear idea of what my son wanted so no time wasted on higher priced or unsuitable flats. Liz’s communication was exceptional. She was totally intuitive, extremely patient and happy to go through granular detail so my son was very clear on ever stage of the purchase and remained’ on it ‘ at every step of the way. My son’s situation was complicated ( he’s out of the country a lot ) so Liz made sure we were all aware of any unexpected development so they could be quickly dealt with. But to be honest the best thing about dealing with Liz is the fact she’s an extremely lovely, straight forward, straight talking lady who completely understands the stress everyone ( on all sides ) is going through and she goes out of her way to make things as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ronke made the stressful process of selling our house so much easier, she truly took her time to understand exactly what our needs were & any enquiries we made were dealt with promptly.
Overall we were very happy with our sale & the service we received throughout the whole process.

Absolutely amazing service!!!
I have just recently exchanged on the sale of my property, and Ronke Maye has been amazing from start to finish. She is very professional, methodical, extremely helpful, and sticks to her word with everything she said she would do. I would not of been able to handle this house sale without her.

Our property search was going terribly until we met Brandon at Foxton’s! He was an absolute hero, worked out exactly what we were looking for, suggested properties for us to look at and took us to see them. He was super responsive and reassuring, answered all our questions, and set up video viewings for us when we were unable to view flats in person. After a lot of bad experiences with other estate agents, we can’t rate Brandon highly enough. Thank you!!

Worse people to deal with. Trying to get a deposit back and have not been able to contact them. You go straight through to head office who tried to help but are of no use!!!
