Never ever approach them. They have got the most unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. We had a viewing today at 1200 hrs which was moved to 1215 hrs after we received a call from Reptons team member to my wife. The call and confirmation of the viewing came in yesterday. She went there today at Grosvenor road and was unable to find the property with the address given (she is quite new to UK). She calls Reptons seeking help with location and they inform her that the property is already gone. I call up the team to understand what was happening and this lady Rihana was not even able to listen to me, and then put the blame on us saying that it was our fault that we were unable to locate the property, Come on guys.. until 1200 hrs you didn't have the basic courtesy to inform us that the property has been sold off and no more available for lettings. This is something called basic manners or maintaining professionalism. I have all mail communications with the company, call recordings, and whatsapp communication with my wife which proves that she was at the place during the viewing time. This has not gone well with me and I am going to find a good solicitor who can help me out on this.

You should avoid living with them, while they will look professional when viewing and signing a contract, they will try to do the least amount of work for the most amount of money possible once you sign. They are notorious for slow repairs and avoiding contact. When I lived with them, it took them ages to repair a boiler so we would have a hot water. During a winter! I was also told by others its not easy to get the deposit back from them. Fortunately, I got most of it but after two months, with 65£ deducted for "removing furniture", meaning that they had to move a table that was in the house when I moved in, to a room next to me. Obviously, they could have asked me to do it, but moving one table two metres for 65£ is a good business for them.

Been dealing with Reptons for a short period. Was well informed and arranged a viewing for a property within a short period of time. Although I did pull away from the property once the deposit was sent through, but I received all my money back. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

DO NOT TRUST ASH AND RUBY. They are so rude and so careless. I was left without hearing for 4 months with a newborn baby in February when it was freezing, and without water in shower for 3 months. They are a bunch of liars and will not hesitate to put yours or your kids lives at risk. They did dodgy boiler work and the boiler caught fire and my son ended up in hospital when I told them I'm going to report them one of their workers swore at me and tried threatening me. When I stopped paying rent after 3 and a half years of being there because I was sick of outstanding repairs they gave me a section 21 because they did not want to do the repairs even though some were hazards to my 2 children. Please do not ever trust this agent.

The move itself was very fast and uncomplicated. I never had any major difficulties. My real estate agent was always available to me.

Move in applications were all swift and easy. However, took a long time deal with other issues with the room and sometimes they were ignored if they posed much of a challenge.
But overall, they seemed to deal with thing well in the most part.

Terrible business structure. They rent out 2 bedroom houses to 15 eastern european tenants. They have 1 room that sleeps 5 people but its apart of there "business" Stay Away

Quick and polite response to emails, although maintenance issues are not always seen to immediately. Professional cleaning of the flat is not regular.
