Connells advised us to advertise at a signficantly higher asking price than we proposed - then when there was little or no interest advised us to lower the price - twice - after 3 and 6 weeks. We ended up advertising the property at the price we had originally suggested.
We always had to call Connells for updates and were told frequently that we would get a call back. We never did. We had a verbal offer at close to the asking price which Connells failed to follow up on. We terminated the contract with Connells.

A very professional and perfect service provided by the Lettings team at Connells, Slough. Especially, Raj - always available to answer and address your concerns. He welcomed special requests for the move and made sure everything was seamless. Although, they resolve all your concerns over phone, emails, I still visited the office just for few doubts, and the other team members there were helpful too. Raj even checked up after move in if everything is in place, any support required etc. Very professional experience. Definitely recommended.

Not helpful and professional messed me around so much was calling up to view properties no one called back . Put offer on a property no one contacted me at all, I was the one calling up and chasing . So gave up bought a property from different agent who was helpful and professional.
