I rent a flat in Ruislip from Elliot and co. As I was new in the United Kingdom this was the first agency I saw and met but there services was terrible and the property was damaged from the start and now they are saying it's my fault and they took the whole deposit and even asking me and charging extra money from me....I would recommend never to visit this place.

I rented a house from them they seems very good at the start but after I gave rent. Their services are starting to get very bad and once we got a problem and I called 3 times and a agent pick up the call and Started to get angry and very very rude. I would recommend never to go with Elliot and co....

We rented out a property through Eliot & Co, this was supposed to be fully managed. Everything seems to have been left in a mess and I am still picking up the pieces 2.5 months later. So stressful and unnecessary. Have called them today with some questions again (that should have been dealt with at checkout), they did not get back to me when I spoke to them 3 weeks ago. At the moment the property is being handled by another local agents who have so far given me a much more professional service. It's a shame because the property was bought through Elliott & Co but they just don't seem to have the resources or the time/professionalism at the moment to deal with anything properly. I have think very carefully before using them. I would not want anyone to go through the stress that I have gone through in the past few months due to their shortcomings.

Completely unprofessional when returning deposit. Tom never call back, this company is just a joke.
After one dozen of calls to Elliott office, 1/2 dozen calls to Shirley, 5 visits to Elliott office where 4 times office was closed, I have received my deposit! So frustrating and lack of communication.

A joke. Avoid at all costs. They made us travel for two hours and just when we arrived they gave us a completely different address far away, that obviously did not meet our requirements anymore. Save your time and money and choose a different agency.
