What can I say ! Beth Kneebone is just a phenomenal agent and an even better person ! We had been looking for a new home since post covid times on and off and we weren’t getting what we wanted in terms of the layout, feel and price in the areas we were searching. Buying in Chiswick has always been our dream but thought it’s always going to be competitive and we will get priced out ! She managed to convince us to view a few properties and we loved one of them .. we almost didn’t even go to view it but she insisted that it’s something we’d like & she was so right ! It was the one ! She helped us through the whole process of buying and negotiating and we were finally able to secure our home in our dream location! The whole team is very helpful and Beth is a thorough professional with a whole lot of experience and focused on going above and beyond in terms of service to clients ! What more can you ask for ? All i would like to say is a huge thank you to the Beth and the entire Featherstone team who were always on our side and always ready to help!

We have used Featherstone Leigh for many, many years. We were landlords and use them to find tenants and also to sell our properties. Having used them earlier this year to sell our 3 bedroom house in Grove Park ( Chiswick) we were very impressed with the entire operation. Mani gave a pretty accurate valuation based on his years working in Chiswick . Very often, agents give an inflated valuation to get the business. Both he and Beth worked extremely hard in both finding buyers to view and in guiding our eventual buyers through the process. Beth was fantastic at keeping us updated on a daily basis with how things were going. Mani dealt very professionally with all the buyer and solicitor “queries”. In conclusion we would wholeheartedly recommend them if selling or buying property.

Beth was amazing throughout the whole process. She really helped with communication and managed to keep all parties up to date during the whole process.
She was really helpful with arranging viewings for measurements and always very responsive.

I engaged Featherstone Leigh for many years for both selling and letting (after purchasing a property from them). I think they are all hired for their integrity and personable approach. They are not pushy (which has never encouraged anyone to buy a house before, it is a house after all, it costs a fortune!) and they are honest, which is so important. I was blown away by just how incredibly hardworking they are too; they always go above and beyond to keep all parties informed and happy, even under the most stressful circumstances. I know that so many people have lost faith in estate agents but this team is the real deal; completely professional and authentic. I cannot sing their praises enough and I will always be grateful for their kindness and support.

Very good experience working with Beth at Featherstone Leigh through a somewhat lengthy transaction. Beth was always responsive and available, following up at every turn to enable communications with a seller based abroad, navigating language barriers and the team of solicitors and accountants to eventually guide the transaction to completion.

Even though I did not end up renting through Featherstone Leigh, I need to say that Harry was an absolute star. He was really efficient in getting a viewing ASAP, details sent really quickly, everything went really smoothly. He's really professional, polite and efficient. Many estate agents will tell you what you want to hear, but if you want an honest appraisal of the appeal of your home (beyond raw valuation), you must talk to the team at Featherstone Leigh.
The idea of moving home is stressful enough, so having a team with a “nothing is too much” ethos at your side helps you take those big steps on the property ladder.

I’ve recently completed in Chiswick..
Having unsuccessfully offered on 4 properties prior, with less than positive experiences with other estate agents, I’ll be forever grateful to come across Mani and Chloe at Featherstone Leigh.
Mani showed me around the property 2 months ago and from the off was accessible and honest. Over the following two months Chloe picked up the phone every time I called with a multitude of questions. She was utterly brilliant. I cannot thank them enough.
Any buyer or seller would be exceedingly lucky to have Mani or Chloe involved in any degree to buying or selling a property.
