(I'm having a break at work and I already had too many coffees today, so perfect timing for a review!) I rented an apartment at the Barbican with these guys a few years ago... They were completely useless. Always calling you last minute, always rushing you thanks to their great professional approach and commitment. The very day of the moving to the apartment (removal man and van waiting at the door included) the agent had the wrong key! and made us wait for around an hour. I understand that I'm asking too much, is difficult job not balanced at all with their salaries or commissions or whatever... Geez Louise Now back to work, or maybe another coffee first. I just bought my first home through Greene & Co and couldn't be happier with the service. They made the process stress-free and transparent. On top of being professional, yet approachable, Zac really went the extra mile. He came to do the flat viewing on a day when he wasn't working, chased the lawyers regularly to give me updates on progress and answered all of my questions and concerns right down to "How do I get water?" I don't intend to exchange property again for a while, but if I did I would go straight back to Green & Co and ask for Zac.... Read more

While some of the agents are nice and friendly, my overall experience with Greene (Clerkenwell office) was quite a disaster. They're unprofessional and disrespectful, especially the senior people. Everything takes forever and they have no sense of client service. Oh, and if you are a tenant watch out for your deposit because it will take ages to get it back at the end of the tenancy...
