As soon as they get your money, forget about asking them to do anything. I live on the 2nd floor with only one way out and have to regularly cancel plans because I keep getting locked inside my property. Doesn’t matter that it’s a huge safety risk. The manager is rude and incompetent. They’ve known for over a month but won’t get a locksmith to change it ????... Read more
