Buying a property off-market was the result of George's pro-active approach to us as potential buyers in the area as he took time to understand our wants & needs. We're half way through the process/ paperwork and to date he's been nothing but professional and wonderfully communicative. 5 stars!

We have also been handled by Natasha who has been amazing and also Dave who deals with any of the few queries we have had very swiftly. The lettings team at Grosvenor are highly professional and have ensured our rental experience has been an extremely positive journey for us. I absolutely love working with the team at Grosvener. The lettings team are just a breath of fresh air, honest, transparent and always go the extra mile to be helpful and deliver time and time again. All the team deliver consistently and work tirelessly.
On the sales side they went out their way to deliver a valuation respecting my partner was in a period of immunosuppression and provided help and advice that surpassed other agents.
Highly recommend the whole team - refreshingly different.
