I have sold property through Philip Wooller and team twice and both times I have been super-impressed with them from start to finish. They advised on getting my property ready for sale, found me an excellent buyer, and both Phil and Robyn were well-informed, responsive and reassuring when I had queries or concerns. My nephew Nick was renting through Phillip Wooller. He died in tragic circumstances in May. His contract was until the end of June. His family are trying to recover his deposit . Phillip Wooller say he had just signed a new contract which was due to start in two months. So they have not yet agreed to return the deposit even though Nick has died. No compassion (and we are checking if that is legal when someone dies. )We are still waiting a response ,and will update this review dependant on the outcome.

In December we successfully completed our house sale with Phillip Wooller and I would like to recommend them to anyone considering selling or letting their property - more than that, I would urge anyone to go to Phillip Wooller and talk to them. They not only secured fantastic buyers for our property at the asking price, in a tough market, but they handled every step of the process brilliantly with a light touch. They were extremely professional and their experience and knowledge of the local area has been built up over many years and it really shows. Rather than being a stressful experience the whole process was good and we felt that every step of the way they had our best interests at the forefront. I also know of a number of other friends who have had a similar experience with Phillip Wooller which was another reason we went with them in the first place. Being a small agents I really felt we had the personal care at every step and at no point did we ever feel like just another property on the books. Finally, their website and the way they presented the property was excellent. Fantastic.

We recently sold our flat through Philip Wooller following a lack of success with another agent, and it was an exceptional experience. The team are extremely friendly and professional, while also being refreshingly honest with their advice. A ‘local’ agent with a personal touch, their rates are reasonable, the photos were great, and the overall service and communication were excellent. We found there were no 'wasted' viewings pushed through the door, merely genuinely interested buyers with prompt and informative feedback provided. Due to all of this we fully expected PW to find us the right buyer in due course, which they duly did. Thank you Philip!

Philip and his team were superb throughout the highly complex sale and purchase chain I was involved in when trying to sell in another part of London and buy a family home off the Askew Road. With exceptional professionalism, refreshing straight-talk and sensitivity to all parties' needs and wishes, a successful deal was completed with due diligence and efficiency; all within an atmosphere of trust and good intention.
As well as deploying sharp business acumen and his genuinely friendly character, Philip also uses his unparalleled local knowledge to find the right property for you at the right price. Special mention must also go to Robyn, who was simply fantastic on all fronts as Philip's right-hand property ninja goddess, and to lovely Jen, who helped keep us all connected and pushing forward with the deal.
Eighteen months on from the move, we still really love our new home off the Askew Road. Thank you.

I'm a big fan of independent businesses rather than the faceless chains that clutter our high streets, so was delighted when Philip set up shop on the Askew Rd nearly 10 years ago. On the two occasions I've used Philip and his team (Jen and Robyn), I've found them helpful, knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy or impatient. Having asked Philip to view and value our house we decided against selling, but were never made to feel like time-wasters. Can wholeheartedly recommend Philip's services and team.

We recently sold our house with Philip, and we were delighted with the experience. Its the first time we have sold a property and we were very nervous having heard from friends and family how difficult it can be.
From the first meeting with Philip, we were reassured by his hands on and open approach keeping us up to date throughout to ensure he was able to get the best possible price for us. His fees are transparent, competitive and fair and the team who assists him with viewings and photography are professional.

When my wife and I first contacted Philip Wooller (Robyn True-Cheswright) we were very impressed with the immediate understanding of our requirements. Robyn worked diligently for her client, the seller, but also made certain that we also received a high level of service as the buyer. The aspect with we particularly liked about the experience was the transparent way in which they operate, very refreshing in comparison to other agents. We would, and already have, highly recommend using Philip Wooller not only because of the above points but also because of their knowledge of this particular area of London.
