Absolutely shocking experience. Very brief but negative encounter with Jenna Shakir who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had arranged for photographers to come into our home to take photos. When we arrived home our flat had been rearranged with clothes thrown on the floor and valuables damaged. After reaching out to try to get her to solve the issue, Jenna initially agreed it was shocking and wrong and then a couple of days later went back on her word saying it’s nothing to do with her and our responsibility to sort out with a 3rd party photographer (which she arranged). Would not recommend trusting her or John D Wood with your property as a landlord or tenant.... Read more

We were most impressed by the professionalism, determination and patience shown to us by all at John D Wood Earls Court, but particularly by David and Simon who took it is as their personal mission to sell our 2 bedroom flat! The perseverance and energy they put into marketing our flat in very difficult market conditions was simply amazing. My partner and I recently moved to a lovely flat in Earls Court. We expected the property search to be quite onerous given the current state of the rental market. Simon Hardie at John D Wood is in a different class of estate agents - could not be more impressed with the service I received! Such a pleasure to deal with someone who clearly cares so much about making sure his clients are looked after and the properties he is selling are marketed to the best level. David and his team at the Earls Court office were great. I had the right advice from the very beginning right through to completion to help me sell my property at a good price. It was just not just the advice, but how him and his team dealt / communicated with the prospective buyer(s) to get them to move forward and stayed close with them so as to ensure the targeted completion date was met. Simon Hardie is perhaps the most thorough agent in the SW area, I can safely say if it wasn’t for him going the extra mile, I would have most definitely lost this property. In a very fractured process, he managed to find all the necessary moving parts and somehow got them to work together.
