We recently appointed Hamptons as the sales agent to sell our house in third avenue, w10. The process was led on Hamptons side by Ryan Openshaw who did a highly professional job in managing the process from end to end. Ryan was able to generate significant interest on the property and despite dealing with challenging access terms by our tenant he managed the prospective buyers very well to avoid any dips in interest.
Throughout the process going into offer, then exchange and finally completion we were kept very well informed as the sellers despite being located permanently in Asia. I would highly recommend Hamptons and specifically Ryan to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area.

I'm so grateful to have chosen Hamptons to let my property. Fraser, team manager, is so personable, professional and supportive, and Freddie is helpful and lovely to deal as well. Nothing is every too much trouble, and they make the letting process efficient, easy and actually enjoyable which, given the associated stress, is quite remarkable and enormously appreciated.

My group was shown a house by Fraser and also had help from Freddie. Both were excellent, very transparent and friendly! They were happy to answer all questions, and made a point of getting to know our group. They really helped us find an amazing place and we hope that we are able to secure the home and stick with Hamptons as our agents wherever we end up. They even helped when we were stuck in the rain!
Will be recommending them!

I approached the Kensal Rise branch of Hamptons to sell my late father's home. Along every step of the way from the estimate of the property through to the eventual sale, I felt confident and assured by Thomas Jones and Ana Vallejo that I was in safe hands and that they would do their upmost to market the property successfully.
There were some frustrating moments that had more to do with potential buyers, but despite this, I had no doubts that between both Thomas and Ana, the house would be sold to my satisfaction.
Special praise goes to Ana Vallejo for her patience, tenacity and professionalism in keeping me updated and informed throughout the process.
So overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Kensal Rise branch. Good professional service is their gold standard. So run, don't walk to Hamptons today and sell or buy a property with the best in the business in my humble opinion.
