Whilst the actual sale cannot be completed until Probate is granted, Keatons explained this to buyers who are prepared to wait a reasonable time. They are polite and easy to talk to and their knowledge of the area the property is in is exceptional. This guided the price the property was marketed at and led to a reasonable offer which I accepted. Top notch people to deal with which is reassuring especially as I live many mils from the property!

I can't praise the Keatons Shoreditch sales team highly enough and especially Chris Maughan who managed the marketing and sale of my property so efficiently from start to finish, and was a pleasure to deal with.
I put my London Flat on the Market with Keatons, after having had it on the market with another local agent for three months. During which time i had very few viewings and no offers.
I was extremely impressed with the the Keatons Shoreditch sales team, who had new photographs taken and the Flat on the Market in less then a week.
They arranged more viewings in the first week then i had had in the whole three months with the previous agent.
After receiving an initial offer, after the Flat had been on the Market with Keatons, for just two weeks, the flat has now been sold.
I would recommend Keatons, without reservation, to anyone wishing to sell a property in the area.
