Simply amazing!!! My husband and I came across Paul when viewing a property. He instilled in us such calm confidence, conducted himself very professionally, politely but always very warmly and honestly. He gave solid advice and had our place sold after just one days viewing! Paul recently sold our house and the service is second to none!
Having dealt with several estate agents on the purchase side I am not sure why you would use anyone else.
From the initial valuation right through to completion, nothing was too much trouble for Paul. The service they offer is professional, personal and friendly.
Also wanted to mention the amazing Siobhan, who knew the sale inside out, preempted any issues and has the most amazing communication skills.
Honestly the best estate agent out there, we wouldn’t even consider using anyone else! Thanks guys

We are so glad that we asked Paul O'Shea Homes to sell our house and we highly recommend this company. Paul came to value our property and we really appreciated his honest and professional approach. He organised an open day for us which meant that all viewings took place on one day and one of his team, Katie, showed prospective buyers round our property. It was great that we didn’t have to deal with multiple viewings over a number of days ourselves. The open day was held on a Saturday and we accepted an offer above guide price the following Tuesday. Progression to exchange of contracts was so much faster than we expected, and this was partly due to the lovely Siobhan who kept us informed of progress at every stage. She arranged a weekly catch-up with us and she always phoned at the time she promised. We really appreciated Siobhan’s great communication skills, which were especially valuable in bridging the gap between us and our buyer during the conveyancing process. We originally asked three estate agents to value our property but we are certain we made the right choice in picking Paul O’Shay Homes to sell our house. Our thanks to Paul and his team – you were great!

My partner and I used Paul O'Shea homes to sell our family home in Purley. I really liked his innovative approach to holding an open day to minimise the impact of lots of viewings on our young family. The house sold within 48 hours and we exchanged and completed soon after.
Since then, we have engaged with Paul on the valuation and sale of another family property. This sale is a complex one and Paul has been informed, professional and very patient with us as multiple reasons mean we haven't yet been able to put the house on the market. I would have no hesitation in using Paul O'Shea homes again .

Thanks so much to Paul O'Shea and the rest of his team. They went above and beyond to try to resolve issues which occurred with my house sale (due to problems with our buyers/lease), and were professional and supportive throughout. The team were very helpful and they were always available to answers any of my questions, and to try to move the process along as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again when selling a property, and would recommend them to others.
