When I started looking for a place to live that was mine after many years renting, I wasnt sure of where and of which type (flat or house?) and months of looking around would little by little narrow such to Croydon and in the end to a little pretty house I finally was able to purchase thanks to Kunal, Viktoriya and the rest of the crew at Black&Blanc. Funny story has me making an offer for an apartment and on the day the sellers were about to make a decision the same agency posts an ad with a wonderful house that seems decorated for me, with the colours I love the most and a beautiful little garden (not to mention the entrance door in yellow, I always wanted a yellow main door!!). Not sure what the face of Kunal was when I asked him if I could go view this house which was around 60k more expensive, as he wondered why was I buying the apartment if that was my budget, but the apartment had such views Kunal! (and I was living on the same street). Anyway, the process became long an tedious due to the sellers having a problem with the house they were buying so we had to wait 3-4 extra months to complete, and I'm a FTB so I was calling them like each week, sometimes more than once, to check on things and find out how things were. Yeah, I'm so much fun to have around. Viktoriya was always amazing, patient, understanding, well informed, capable, resourceful, resolutive,... I can't find enough words to praise her really. Kunal was always pretty cool, talks more like a buddy than an agent and I dare to say he can be a little bit naughty but that only shows I want him on my side when selling one day (hopefully not too soon). Fully recommended, if only 'cause they seem to get the best properties in the market, which probably has something to do with them actually caring and not just taking anything for any price.... Very very happy with these guys when I sold my house. They run a professional service and excellent customer skills. I worked with Kunal who is a true gentleman. Despite being busy he always takes the time to answer and even messages me at the weekend. Viktoria (back of house) was phenomenal. She is the most efficient person I have ever met . I felt in extremely safe hands with these chaps. And they also provide a great service and advice when looking for a new house . Kunal did some background work and advised me on how the handle the negotiations . Suffice to say we got an extremely fair price on the house we were going to buy. These guys aren’t the cheapest on the market . But We happily paid the extra just for the professionalism and the support we had with them. Nice one guys... Read more

We chose to go with Black + Blanc for the sale of our house as they seemed to break the traditional mould of estate agents, and it transpired that this was a very good choice. Kunal and the team did a fantastic job of marketing our house and got it sold above the asking price extremely quickly. Throughout the transaction they were professional and responsive and I could not recommend them highly enough. They're not your typical estate agents, more like trusted partners who will guide you through the process of buying and selling. We first met Kapil and hit it off straight away. His knowledge and passion for his work shines through and is combined with a refreshing no nonsense approach. We also used their House Butler service for buying our new home and saved thousands while having a load of stress lifted off us.
