Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

Sal from Parsons Green and Fulham office was a great help at finding a new property to rent. From showing us the property, to answering questions, to finalising our tenancy agreement the whole team were fantastic. Just wanted to share my experience of dealing with Hamptons and our property agent Sal. He went above and beyond what we were expecting, giving us multiple options and clarity on what was proving to be a
very volatile market. While we were having trouble speaking to and booking viewings with other agencies. Sal was able to show us 3 good options at more reasonable prices. He was efficient and very professional and we would recommend for anyone looking in the SW area.

Agnieszka (Aggie) Gleba handled our tenancy application, she was polite, professional, very helpful and made us feel at ease through the process.
She helped us find the perfect apartment and we couldn’t be happier. Once we expressed our interest in the home we wanted, there was a quick turn around and we had occupancy in under a week. She promptly helped us with all the questions we had about the property. We highly recommend her services!

Hamptons was great to work with!
Aggie from the Fulham office was very accommodating and friendly. After one phone call she made sure to immediately squeeze me in for a viewing the day after. She was very informative and did her best to accommodate all my needs for the property. Aggie was very fast to respond to all my messages and would promptly update and solve any problems I had with the property.

My husband and I have just completed on the purchase of a flat we will 'downsize' into from our family home of 34 years. I met Alex Finch in the early stage of this important search, and through him saw a myriad of fascinating flats. Our 'must have' list was not easy to fulfill. When Alex - through a creative effort to find something beyond his own office listings - showed us our Chelsea Harbour dream flat we were delighted.
But the path to purchase was long and arduous for all. We lived through long cladding certificate delays; property management frustrations; bridge financing dilemmas; and the challenges of buying while selling during the pandemic.

Alex Finch of Hamptons is the most professional estate agent I've ever worked with, having bought and sold property before I can honestly say that he went above and beyond in every regard. Both the buyer and seller were overseas and that added a layer of complexity which Alex managed seemlessly. We had a tight timeline to close for the SDLT holiday window and thanks to Alex we met it.

We have ben letting our flat through Hamptons for at least 15 years and their services have always been exceptional. What i have so enjoyed in working with Hamptons is that they have so often helped out with favours beyond their scope of duty. Hugely appreciated and makes them a pleasure to deal with. Our experience was unpleasant. the estate arranged to us showed up late without the keys and then left us and then proceeded to show up 30 minutes late the next time, no acknowledgement mentioned of this either. we were overly reassured about any of our concerns as she flooded the house plants with too much water and gave us a total of 2 seconds to be able to say anything as she was over talking so much about how busy she was. But this wasn't the bad part. The difficult part was chasing them up to make sure that our application was completed correctly. This left everything to last minute unorganised and hasty. At the first stage after our first viewing. They didn't understand and just assumed that we were not interested in the flat. because we were submitted for a 3 year tenancy agreement (no break clause) without first being inquired. At which we had to push. All of this no doubt has had a bad impression on the landlady. And likely the agency has informed her of us being the initial difficult end of all this. Hopefully now that we have finally moved in. we'll be able to explain this to her.
(other reasons involved : Ignoring emails, overexplaining rather than answering, lying for increased rent, poor customer service)

I recently bought my first home through Alex Finch from Hamptons. Alex was nothing short of exceptional. As a first time buyer it was a stressful and new experiencing. Naturally I had a lot of questions about the process and to every question Alex came back to me quickly and concisely and made the process smooth. We rent a flat from Hamptons Estate and we are very happy with their services. William Stening was responsible from the flat and he was really helpful. He always responded to us anytime we needed. They made sure the flat provided to us in a very good conidition and all cleaned. Joe Sanders takes care of the flat management now and same as William, he is very helpful and responsive.

I have to give a big shout out to Alex Finch, a real gent & by far the best estate agent we have come across, in his relentless pursuit in trying to find us a new home, he has always been professional, polite, very knowledgeable of the area & attentive, he even contacted other branches on a regular basis to supply us options of suitable properties, unfortunately we have found a property outside of his area with a different estate agent but he has left us with a great impression & we wish him all the best in his career.
