What can I say? Estate agents that live up to their reputation. Went to see a flat with one of their agent, put in an offer to only find out 5 days later that the landlord went ahead with someone else. While I was there waiting. Second flat, a bit overpriced, agent said that the landlord wasn’t willing to go from 2817 to 2650 that I wanted to offer, moving in straight away. Exchanged few messages to see the flat again and didn’t hear back. 4-5 days later it turned out that the price had been reduced at 2578. I had already signed something else.... Read more
