In particular, would like to thank Sarah Burt for the professional way she managed the refurbishment of my house in Wisbech, ensuring that repairs and redecorating were carried out correctly and on time.

First experience of estate agents, selling the family home. All positive: very prompt and efficient, and we had our first viewing arranged before the property was even officially on the market. We lost our first buyer thanks to the Truss/Kwarteng mini-budget which was a blow, but the firm were quick to find us more viewings (and offers), and we have just completed on our second accepted offer. Paul Nobbs gave excellent advice and kept our spirits up through a difficult sale. A special mention also to Kirsty Young (our progressor) who was brilliant. We had a lot of struggles with both our and our Buyers' conveyancers, and Kirsty really helped keep things moving. Every single time she said she'd do something, it was done to the letter and exactly on time.

Renting a property isn't always easy - renting an old property can be even worse! We fell in love with our little cottage but my goodness, it has some problems. Sarah Burt, the maintenance manager at William H Brown, has been brilliant - always ready and willing to answer my calls (and there have been many) and then to get the issues resolved. I cannot fault the support we have had and look forward to continuing the excellent relationship.
