I decided to go with Hunters as Tony was confident he could sell my flat for more than what other agents were offering. And he did! In the end it sold for £5,000 - £10,000 more than what other agents had valued the flat.
Tony was a great help throughout the process; He explained all the steps clearly, took brilliant photos of my flat, and always communicated with updates and notifications for viewings.
He found a buyer within 4 months of putting it on the market and completed 2 months after that. Making it a very smooth process for me. Would highly recommend.

Tony from Hunters East Grinstead dealt with the sale of our property in a thoroughly professional manner. He was prompt to initiate proceedings, mindful of the situation regarding an elderly relative with Altzeimer’s, and clear in all his dealings with us. I would highly recommend Hunters East Grinstead…
We have just bought our first property and our seller used Hunters to list the property. They have been absolutely fantastic. Tony was extremely helpful and the communication was always prompt and to a high satisfaction. Our sale went through within 8 weeks which we couldn’t have done without Tony’s support. We hired Tony Silva to sell our 5-bedroom house in Dormansland.
We had 3 different valuations also from two other estate agents and found Tony's the most realistic. The sales price has shown that he was very close in his estimation.
Tony took all the pictures himself and made a 360 to put on Rightmove. He also put a special advert on facebook.
He was very helpful and professional during the sales period.
Communication was always prompt and satisfactory.
When a buyer was found and some legal problems arose, Tony did everything to help the situation and seal the deal.
We can 100% recommend Tony's services.

Terri brings a wealth of experience to the lettings side and Tony is ahead of the curve on local sales. We plan to sell our flat at the end of the year and will be asking Tony to handle the sale.

Hunters have been managing my property for the past 8 years and they provide excellent service and communication with both myself as the landlord but also with my tenants. I have only had two tenants in the previous 8 years and have just started with my third, and my current experience of finding a new tenant has also been smooth! I definitely recommend them as a letting management agency.
