I can only speak as I found my experience, Josh from Hays found me an excellent job with an excellent company on a good wage, the wage turned out to be a lot different than I was told, in fact a long way from what I was told. Josh then turned out to be less than professional, he started to not answer calls or texts, he sent me threatening texts saying he was going to withhold my wages (which he then denied even though he sent the threat on text which I still have) he accused me of lying about my reference which was wrong so I had to produce 2 more (the reference wasn't false and I spoke to the foreman myself). Overall I would say I won't be using this agency again ????... Read more

I hope any one that works in recruitment for a brand understand that when one is offered a call back and you do not follow through. I will then sack off all recruiters from that agency without fail. so picking up the phone saying its not your fault because you didn't promise the call back shows a massive lack in responsibility and in your desire to earn commission if one person on your team fails you all fail HAYES FAILS what is so difficult for you to understand. Worked for them since last year and not had regular work but never had issue with pay until now, was meant to be paid last Friday, not been, but began to inform them I was not paid on the Friday, after daily contact still not been paid, they make excuses, I'm sure their managers, HR team have no issues with wages, and are they going to compensate for the delay and then lost work due to non payment from them??? Worst agency ever worked for in 30 yrs, disgrace and all who have not been paid on time should be compensated!!!... Read more

Got rid of me the day after, the senior manager (of the company i was under cutting myself to work for) crashed into my, stationary car ,(on their carpark) before i even had time to take registration and arrange fixing it (as she had said to me) instead they got rid of me before i could even do so.
