I have today exchanged on my sale through Roger Platt Lower Earley. The whole process from placing the property on the market with Aeron to the accompanied viewings with Ross right through to exchange was excellent. Alison managed to progress and keep together a very difficult and at times stressful sale with 8 links in the whole chain. Without her experience this chain would never gone through and she also does a dual role in the office so multi tasking at its best. The whole team are a real credit to the company. For clarity I also work for the Connells group and deal with property transactions every single day but Roger Platt Lower Earley set the bar very high in this instance and I can't recommend them enough - JR
