Gemma Sampson of Savills was brilliant. We live in the US full time and bought a holiday home in Amersham. Gemma Samson (Amersham office) was brilliant in handling the viewings and negotiating the sale of our smallholding here at Ladys Mile; Nick Pounce was the initial go to person and he monitored progress.Gemma always rang with updates and returned calls where necessary and is a credit to your company. Not only that she is a very nice person with lots of personality.
We have now exchanged contracts for the sale with completion due on or before 7th July 2023.

We found the team at Savills very professional at all times in dealing with the sale of our house. Mike is a very experienced negotiator who did everything he could to bring about a successful sale. On marketing the property we had a high number of viewings at the outset with several offers, one of which resulted in a sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Savills.
