Very disrespectful and unprofessional service. As soon as we made a second offer, the agent went on holiday, he didn’t give any holiday notice to us and didn’t tell us the other agent will take the listing. We had been waiting for his update and tried to contact him lots of time(phone call, text, email and voice message) but he ignored it. Meanwhile we found the property had been under offer on the website. When the agent came back to the work, he just texted us he was away over the week without wifi. Strettons are totally unprofessional, I will not recommend it even to my worst enemy. I am considering legal action against them. I have dealt with them, as a receiver and I was paying rent monthly to the managing agent. As I was away for holidays, they hired a company to harass the current tenants living in the place, and asking them to give money to a different account. Two big guys were knocking the door and windows at 7am in the morning, and telling one of the ladies who was alone at home to pay today to a different bank account, or she will have to leave that night evicted. She got really scared even to leave the house again. This is not how a professional company does business, but more a Mafia business.... Read more

Strettons is the best commercial agent in East London in my opinion. The team (Tom, Chris, Abas, Sean etc...) is always super helpful and really looks after their clients. I called them for a property, the person who took the call didn't knew much details about the property that i was interested, he said that someone will call me in the next few days...really??? Of course no one called me so i went at their office, the agent comes i tell him that i am interested in taking a lease and he said "i believe that the property it's already taken by now" ... so he didn't knew for sure.. really??? but he refused looking into it anyway, he didn't even bothered to check if it's still available, this is so xenophobic and i still think by this day that i was refused just because i wasn't born here and my english is not perfect , unprofessional...i asked him to show me any other properties that he is having available and he said straight from the front door without even inviting me inside the office that i have to check myself on their website he can't help me, he just refused to help...i do not recommend...
