I'm deeply disappointed with JLL. I rented a property at Riverlight 3 through them a year ago and vacated it in September this year. However, it has been three months since I moved out, and my security deposit has not been returned. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they have been evasive and uncooperative. Every time I manage to contact someone, they conveniently claim that the person I need to speak to is on vacation.The last time they promised to process the refund, they said they needed to confirm the amount with the landlord, and then they vanished once again without a response. If they continue to withhold my deposit, I will not hesitate to take legal action.... Read more
