Kelly seems smart and experienced, however the sales negotiator who was doing the viewings wasn’t very good. I got 6 viewings in the whole time I was listed with them, which they insisted was normal. I Switched agents and got 11 in 48 hours. I just don’t think they have the resources to sell things the way other agents do.
I think if your property is exceptional and will sell regardless, they are a good option as they are cheap, but Otherwise they’re best avoided.... Read more

After going with a few big agents who failed to sell our house we went with Marlowe and they tried a lot harder. Their advert was well thought through and they used social media as well. Felt like a fresh approach and I would definitely recommend using them as an independent estate agent will work harder to sell.... Read more
