I never go onto these sites. I have to say that it was an awful experience
Little knowledge of the market locally .
Little interest in our property.
Little motivation to help.
Poor valuation.
We felt that we got a poor service and went to an alternative agent who better met our needs and were less full of bravado.
I would avoid them in Queens Park.

Look at the photos to see what “professionally clean standard” looks like according to Knight Frank. Moving into your new £5k / month home should be such a wonderful moment. Instead, Knight Frank have denied our contractual right to move into a clean home and not a total horror show. External contractors falsely report “PROFESSIONALLY clean condition” when compiling their “check-in report”. When dealing with this, KF have provided long email delays, delaying dealing with any conversation about clean-up by over a week. Extremely vague replies, totally stalling. Total denial of responsibility because we had “viewed” the property (where these issues were hidden.) It’s listed as our contractual right to move into a clean home with clean soft furnishings and upholstery. Despite repeated requests, Knight Frank offered no advice on what happens when tenants see discrepancies in the check-in report, or recourse for disputes - red flag no. 3. Filthy floors, windows, carpets, and extensive water damage to paint which apparently won’t be seen to by Knight Frank or the Landlord so we can actually move in. We’re paying 5k / month for 2 weeks already, and have paid £30k upfront, for this “service.” Avoid this lettings agent for fair and legal treatment. Remedy this for this review to be taken down. Tenants: Avoid Knight Frank for your contractual rights to be honoured and your estate agent to make sure basic standards are upheld.

Unfortunately KF had a change of staff during our start up period resulting in loss of continuity resulting in a restart and reset of our initial agreed position. Although KF started off well they soon reverted back to a 'standard' estate agent attitude. However, once this initial period was resolved the staff at KF were efficient and a delight to work with. They both helped me secure my new family home from start to finish and they ensured we exchanged and completed on a very tight timeline. Even during these unprecedented times with mortgage rates on the rise and many pulling offers, they remained calm and focused on allowing us extra time to get the right package in place to complete. He gave me the prompts when I needed it to get a sale through quickly and smoothly these guys know what they are doing. We managed to get above the asking price so Im happy with that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I selected Knight Frank to sell my 'premium' 2-bed flat in Queen's Park because I knew they were the premium local agent. I was not disappointed! They sold the flat after just one day of viewings to their internal contact list for a price that exceeded my expectations. The process was guided expertly to exchange by Soroush Prado.
