Christian Whittaker has been excellent in assisting us with the purchase of the property from start to finish. He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. I recently completed purchase of a house in Chiswick and very much recommend Savills in this area.
I dealt with Christian Whittaker and it was a pleasure, he was professional and friendly at every turn, knowledgeable and helpful in a way that never felt pushy, all much appreciated during such a purchase.
Christian really went above and beyond at every step and was always on hand to answer any questions promptly.
He was also very accommodating in getting me viewings at a time to suit me and even in rearranging last minute. Was again much appreciated.
A real A* service during what can be a stressful purchase to make, i highly recommend.

They are unprofessional. After we have been informed that the offer got accepted and deposit payment link will be sent shortly, they disappeared for two or three days before telling us that the property has been let to someone who can pay more. It's definitely unethical!

My wife and I have learnt over the last 13 years the different marketing approaches of each agent within the Chiswick area. Well look no further - In our opinion Savills are THE leading estate agents!
Chiswick is a highly desirable, competitive location and the Savills team have considerable market experience in W4 and the surrounding areas. They have strong insight into the various ward price ranges, property types and lifestyle considerations for both buyers and sellers. We have just completed a property purchase with Savills and are using them for our own property sale which is currently under offer.
In summary - 1) fantastic communicators, 2) their marketing material and photography is great, 3) they keep steady momentum from both the buyer and seller's perspectives during the sale process, 4) they get the price point right and lastly - in our case 5) they timed the marketing launch of our sale perfectly to maximise footfall which created a buzz.
You will not find a more friendly and hardworking group who go above and beyond time after time. Many thanks to the team, particularly Euan, Liz, Isla and Christian who have been stellar throughout our home buying and selling process. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience buying through Savills, Chiswick. Isla kept the wheels on throughout the process despite some curveballs from our buyer. She always approached things in a friendly and positive manner and managed the middle of the chain perfectly making sure all parties stayed on track. Couldn’t fault them. Highly recommend.
