The team at Hamptons at Beaconsfield have been excellent and very supportive since we moved into 1 Saxby House Chesham in October 2019. All the office team and our property managers have always given quick responses to our contacts with them including Jana and latterly Judy Palethorpe. She has always dealt professionally and very promptly with our needs and both Judy and the whole team are to be commended. Thank you all so much for you diligence and excellent service. ????

Hamptons have been amazing and the communications I have made have been handled very professionally and any response required has always been to resolve any issues very quickly.
Judy Palethorpe is our current property manager and she has handled things for us in a prompt and very professional way. We have been in this property since October 2019 and the whole team have been exemplary and very supportive and I can only speak very highly of this Beaconsfield branch of Hamptons International. Enquired for a property on station road. Got a call back from Jackie saying that she wanted more money that it was up for. Asked why it wasn't available at the price displayed and got told that the vendor wants more money. As the price had gone up before even arranging a viewing, who knows how much it would have gone up by! Politely declined and won't be taken advantage of like this

Renters and buyers BEWARE, Nicola at Hamptons Beaconsfield is a compulsive liar and even gets her staff to lie, not a trustworthy company at all, an internal complaint was made however this was just a poor apology from their regional director Adam

Hamptons nearly scored 5 stars and the service was generally first rate. The company, particularly, our main contact Eddie, put a lot of time and energy into ensuring that the house was set up correctly and that all the paperwork they needed from us was outlined clearly and in full. They also found a tenant very quickly and we really appreciate that.
We only scored them 4 stars because we had to deal with several different people at Hamptons and internal communication wasn't always effective. Consequently, we sometimes had to explain some things more than once and, on occasion, were sent information that was out of date.
That said, the staff was extremely thorough, offered very helpful advice and we would be very likely to use Hamptons again in the future.

A heartfelt and most sincere “thank you” to all at Hamptons, Beaconsfield - particularly Nabeel, Dee & John - for their excellent and tireless work over the last few months. The choice to go with Hamptons was very clear from the start and we felt like we were in expert hands throughout the process. Selling our family home was an at times bumpy journey, so we could not have been more grateful for the always clear communication and consistently accurate predictions from the team, as well as their flexibility and warmth during a challenging time.
Cannot recommend Hamptons highly enough.

I've just sold my house with Hamptons in Beaconsfield. From Dee arranging the viewing to showing my buyers around the property I cannot fault the whole experience. We were kept well informed of my buyers position throughout the price negotiations. The relatively simple sale turned into a lengthy process due to the performance of my buyers solicitor, however Nabeel pushed the sale through taking on most of my stress! Thankyou to Nabeel, Dee and the team at Beaconsfield
