Very strange for a estate agent that relays on receiving & making calls for this issue to be present!

Purchasing a 2bed flat in handsworth via Chadwick's (biggest mistake ever).

1. Firstly the company try to 'game' the Rightmove alerts system by falsifying the address online. So much so, that the company was confused as to which address the property was.

2. Chadwick's knew I needed to move quickly, aimed a completion date of under 12 weeks.
"The vendor are an investor with many properties and a good solictor in place, 12 weeks is very likely"

3. The property was advertised chain free and empty yet it turned out the vendor had moved back in!! Chadwick's do not keep you informed which has now cost me £1500 in solicitors fees. This is purely due to Chadwick's not keeping me informed of the sellers position. Chadwick's forcing me to crack my solictors whip BECAUSE my solictor was telling me that they heard nothing from the other side!!

4. They never reply to emails and the person dealing with sales is never available. Father Christmas works more days than she does.

5. Spirits on the other side are easier to make contact with. Buyers beware and sellers should avoid at all costs.

Awful company, avoid at all costs. All staff would benefit from a customer service course. They have no regard for tenants and are openly rude and disrespectful. They repeatedly entered our rented property without permission breaching their own contract and even caused damage which they later tried to charge us for! They do not even take their own complaints policy seriously! How they are allowed to continue trading is a mystery. You would be better off burning your money than entrusting it to them. We wouldn't use them again if they paid us! For the sake of your own sanity give them a wide berth.

I have asked repeatedly to speak to the owner, MD! Whatever else he decidedes to call himself. Emails have been ignored, money taken without a satisfactory service. We were promised a property, 9 weeks ago, that would be complete, SAFE, and finished. We moved in and nothing was complete. 2 electrical fires and the house had no interior doors downstairs and i hospitable, windows unsafe amongst other issues! A f**k ton! The 'MD' Mr Christopher Chadwick, who has ran previously '4YOU lettings' stated thats its not a major issue! I have involved environmental services to ensure that the property in question is not let to another family who have to suffer the same as mine did. Its not over either. They take your money and are if no help at all. I am asking for a refund of the bond at least, as we have vacated and are now safe in a suitable property yet the house is now advertised again! Still in the same state! And yet he deems it acceptable to ignore all correspondence. My next post on here will be his personal mobile number. All the other tenants who are suffering will have that, i don't doubt that there are many.

Chris, you have ignored my emails and numerous calls to your office, this is not libellous, all the above is fact. Can i please receive a phone call. Im not going away. That bond is not yours. I will post more photos and more detail until you speak to me. Cant avoid the issue

Bad experience while renting with these had to leave the property as was unsafe for us to stay in. Told to remove original review even though was just stating facts. Please check and double check before renting with these.
