Brown and Merry took on our property after many unsuccessful months with another Agent. Amir was always positive and approachable, always quickly returning call, and his team were always polite and communicative.
A buyer was found quite quickly but the path to completion was fraught with issues on the buyer's side. Amir was extremely proactive, stepping in and liaising between buyers, sellers and solicitors to resolve issues as speedily as possible whilst keeping everyone within the loop!. They were all great and I can highly recommend Amir and his team. Thank you all.

Brown and Merry estate agents where do I start, I have bought many properties over the years but have never received the level of service Amir and his team have provided us during the course of the purchase of our new home.
We were kept informed throughout every step of the process and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. All I can say is this is the way all estate agents should practice there trade. I can 100% recommend Brown and Merry estate agents.

I used Amir and his team after a positive experience of them as a buyer when helping a family member to purchase a couple of years ago. As a purchaser I was politely vetted to ensure I was serious and able to proceed and they checked I was acting promptly to progress the sale and suggested ways I could do this without coming across as overbearing.
This time as a seller I was kept well informed. I felt the market appraisal I got was honest and the finding of a buyer went in the way it was proposed. The progress to completion of the sale was handled efficiently. When there were some delays further down the chain that could have held things up a lot Amir was available to talk through progress and in my opinion did as much as was possible to get the parties in the chain moving to what was ultimately a sale completion at the agreed price. I think we got very good service. I would highly recommend Amir and his team at Brown Merry Berkhamsted.

What a great team Berkhamsted Brown & Merry are! They took on our challenge of selling a Mobile Home ( not always easy) and were relentless until it was sold. We took on another agent but quickly cancelled them because they were nowhere as efficient as Brown & Merry. Our sincere thanks to all the team (Scarlett your admin was brilliant) Amir, Matt & Harry with a special thank you to Lucy whose charm was so apparent from the first time I spoke to her, she could sell sand to an Arab!
