I needed an official valuation and to know what my house was worth as is and if any works would improve the sales price , what would be overspend and what would be quite easy to increase price . I called Kingstons on tuesday and on thursday morning Joe arrived . I have to say i was incredibly impressed ! he was very friendly , professional and nothing was too much bother , questions i thought may be silly were treated with upmost importance and with respect and good advice . he inspected the house thoroughly and was in no rush to get the meeting over with until we were both happy everything was discussed . he said he would get the letter to me and it was emailed before they closed that day ! having good local knowledge and knowing what he was talking about , when the time is right i will be instructing kingston’s for certain . great work Joe thanks very much .

We have been searching for a suitable new home on our return from living in Spain. We contacted Kingstons branches in both Trowbridge & Melksham to arrange viewings of properties that we had seen on the internet.
The assistance & "nothing is to much trouble" attitude we received from both Ben in Trowbridge & latterly in Melksham from Cullam & Joe was fantastic. We now wait patiently while the lawyers do their thing. Well done Kingstons for you excellent customer care!

Bought through this Office in December and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
The purchase was managed by Callum, who was one of the most influential people in our house move. An absolute master of translating things into the right language for the individual, smoothing the waters and knowing how to get things tangibly progressing.
I'd put off moving house for a couple of years based on a bad experience previously; but this (despite its stresses) was made much, much easier by the high level of competence from Callum and the rest of the team.

Kingston's are very helpful and friendly team. When I purchased my first house with them 4 years ago they answered my questions as quickly as humanly possible, pushed solicitors and the seller when required (even hand delivering a document to be signed to speed things up), being a first time buyer I was not sure what the process was, Kingston's walked me through it from the first viewing, answering all my questions along the way with prompt reply's (phone calls were also frequent) all the way to the key hand over. I have recently sold the property and Kingston's provide the same quality of service. I dealt with a few people in both instances and they were all very helpful. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Kingstons (Melksham) if you're looking to either sell or buy a property.
