Everyone we spoke to at Thornton Entwistle Green was really helpful. We started out with a panicky moment when we couldn't actually get into the property for them to do a valuation, but Shorna calmed us down and thought of plenty of alternatives.
On occasions when we rang the office, everyone there seemed up-to-date on the status of the sale. It didn't really matter who answered the phone. They did all the viewings by themselves and made things really easy for us. I was touched by their enthusiasm for the property, when sometimes I couldn't appreciate it myself. It was an aunt's house and she hadn't been well enough to look after it for a while. As we don't live locally, we were particularly dependent on the estate agent to take care of everything. They recommended a good auctioneers, who were also really professional.
I would definitely recommend Thornton Entwistle Green.

I cannot recommend the team at Entwistle Green - Thornton enough. Throughout a difficult purchase they have gone above and beyond with helping us to get this purchase to complete, surpassing their ordinary roles to try and help us with the purchase.

Have had great support from this office specifically Beth Myerscough with all transactions - especially a really tricky one where we nearly lost the property two days before exchange- which was dealt with professionally and sympathetically. Wouldnt hesitate to recomend

Cannot thank the team enough from the Thornton branch of Entwistle Green. After having a bad experience with another local agent the team really supported us through our sale. The saying is true you pay for what you get so keep that in mind. Entwistle green had fantastic communication and engagement throughout. Always doing the best for the seller and buyer. If you are wanting a trustworthy estate agents go with Entwistle.

One couple Who viewed our four bedroom semi told us they were interested in a bungalow why send them. Others said the garden was too big evidence of a lack of screening of potential buyers

A huge thank you to Natalie & Emily at Entwistle Cleveleys. After trying 2 other local estate agents with no success(not even a viewing) I had several lined up from first signing the contract with Entwistle. Both helped get the best sale price for my property which actually led to me gaining an over asking price offer. The process was smooth and professional throughout. I didn’t have to chase either of them for anything at all, all updates were passed on promptly. I can’t thank you both enough for making what is usually a very stressful situation, so easy and getting me exactly what I wanted and more for my property. Would highly recommend to all! Obviously Donot buy here , pop in to view a house , got told house is not sold but they have 2 cash offers , so I cannot view , the best of it is , I have the cash too and wanted to pay asking price , forget it buying a house from here hard work from the start

I am writing this review as a buyer of a property through Entwistle Green. Although they were not acting for me as an agent, I was impressed by the Manageress who met me at a property I was interested in. My wife and I were shown around the property, following which we submitted an offer. Our first offer was declined but the second offer was accepted. Following the offer I had numerous questions about the property and its value, which the Manageress was able to answer and provide appropriate material to back up her responses. The surveyor used found the offer price a little over his estimation which resulted in the Manageress helping the seller and myself agree on a slightly lower offer. Despite being a long and slightly stressful process, I would like to extend my thanks to the Manageress of Entwistle Green for continually keeping me informed and ensuring a smooth process from start to completion.
