Honest, open and willing to do what they could to make our sale and then our purchase go as smooth as possible. We bought our house via Allen & Harris in Clarkston and the service they provided was fantastic. When the transaction nearly fell through (due to a breakdown in communication between the lawyers), Pamela and her colleagues personally stepped in to reassure the seller and get things back on track. The service provided from the team was fantastic. They team were really friendly and helpful with all aspects of the sale including providing us with useful tips. They completed all of our viewings at our request allowing us peace of mind. The quality of the photos and advert was perfect, highlighting all the main features of the property. They have really good knowledge of the area and clever marketing techniques. Our property sold within just 8 days of being on the market!
