Tried selling our flat through Igloo, sale fell through so changed to HomeLink. What a difference! Photos so much better, staff more friendly, and they got £2,000 more than I had previously accepted. 6 months with Igloo vs 4 weeks with HomeLink. And sale went through smoothly this time, HomeLink does this Proof of Funds, where they don't take your property off the market until the buyer completes, so meant everything went like clockwork. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!... Read more

Great Job! Sold my house in two weeks for £5,000 over home report! Did exactly what they said they would, from the great photos, to the advice all the way through. Made me feel comfortable because of the level of information given to me with the offers so i knew the background of each potential buyer. Sale went smoothly. Team was great.
