Horrible time with this company. After being rushed into a flat (i told them i was happy to wait but was told "this would be an issue") i discovered how unclean and poor the accommodation was. These images were after hours of cleaning when i finally gave up (can see the filth on the sponge). Dirt, dust, hair, stains everywhere) Long story short, i ended tenancy and even though i never moved in was still charged 2 weeks rent and also waited over a month for my deposit (which wasn't put into a deposit scheme) and excess rent to be payed back. I was also told the accommodation was fine but after my tenancy was ended it was back on market with new carpets and totally renovated. If you are thinking of using this company for renting I'd advise against it.... Read more
