I have been trying to get in contact with Chappell and Mathews (thornbury office) for weeks. Even drove to the office and it was closed. I have left various emails as we wanted to veiw a property for sale.
It is very strange that it is so difficult to speak to anyone and i feel sorry for the people who are relying on these people to rent/sale their houses.
this has raised red flags for us.

My parents have had an awful experience, the most stressful and unhelpful process. The lack of communication and the amount of chasing phone calls is a start..let alone the appointments being cancelled without my parents knowing after taking time off work. The list goes on, not impressed and won’t be recommended.

Recently used the team at Chappell and Matthews to sell my home. From the very first visit with James right through to the completion date everyone in the office gave me great advice and customer service and just as importantly sold my house for a great price, (more than some other agents said). I bought a house through Chappell & Matthews. I got good advice on the area and a more active service than I got from the other agents in the area - of course, it depends what property is available, but I think the level of area knowledge and care probably reflects well on their selling service as well.

I sold my house through the team at Chappell & Matthews and was very pleased with the service i received. I achieved the price I was hoping to achieve and the transaction ran very smoothly indeed. I also used their in house solicitors and this also was a straight forward process. I would highly recommend talking to the guys here if you are thinking of selling.
