The service provided by Sawyers has been exemplary. Over the last year I have experienced a wide range of estate agent encounters. i wont name the rude ones, the ones who don't know how to answer the phone or the ones who tell me my choices will never be fulfilled but I will mention Simon and Bob at Sawyers.
Both went out of their way on my behalf on several occasions and managed to put up with a highly stressed individual who had not moved in 25 years and was terrified.
Excellent and supportive in every way.

Very pleased with Sawyer&co Agents church Road Hove. I dealt with a gent called Bob Beaken. Lovely man very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Would phone now and again to let me know how the deal was progressing as it took a long time viewed flat mid December sale agreed quickly but did not exchange till March was worried someone would pull out Bob reassured me from time to time everything was alright.

I have been absolutely delighted with the service I have received from sawyer and co. From first contact with Elliot through to all subsequent dealings with those in the office and in particular Bob beaken , I have been fully informed and kept a breast of everything at all times.
I have bought and sold several houses over the years ,and it is rare to find a company that always return phone calls, always address queries, and always have the answers you require.
I can highly recommend this company. it hasn't been the easiest of transactions but they dealt with it efficiently and calmly . I would particularly like to thank Bob beaken for his patient and helpful manner dealing with this transaction.
