Ryan from Wood & Pilcher was amazing from start to finish.
Had a great understanding of the market and communicated to us throughout the whole process.
We had a good steady flow of viewings and we achieved exactly what we were looking for in terms of price.
Ryan really excelled after we had agreed the sale chasing solicitors and making sure everything was ticking along nicely and we got the exchange and completion done in a timely manner.
I can’t sing Ryan’s praises high enough.

We sold our house through Wood and Pilcher last year.
We had had very bad experiences with other Heathfield agents, however after sitting down with Mike and sharing our feelings, we realised we had found the right agents.
Everyone we dealt with from wood and pilcher were professional and helpful.
They did their job well and got us the sale price we wanted.
I would recommend them over any other agent in Heathfield for buying or selling.

Wood and Pilcher are excellent estate agents. I found them to be professional, friendly, approachable and efficient. They produced excellent photographs, showed around a steady stream of potential buyers and kept me informed with feedback. Once an offer was received they have been instrumental in keeping the sale on track: contacting all parties and solicitors and keeping me up to date.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wood and Pilcher and would use them again myself.

I always found the staff at the Heathfield branch very helpful, polite and courteous.
Mike Watkinson the manager has shown true professionalism in all our dealings and this concluded in a successful sale.
I would highly recommend Wood and Pilcher Heathfield for anyone considering buying or selling a property.

All of the team at Wood and Pilcher were fantastic from the start of the process to the end. Very professional, they clearly know the market in our area, and their advise was spot on. The best part for me was the communication. We don't often buy and sell homes, so the process is a bit daunting and confusing at times, but I was actively kept in the loop by the team. We were lucky enough to not only sell our property with W&P, but the house we bought was through them as well, making it as seamless as possible. Massive thank you to Mike, Josh, Melissa, Kate and everyone else at the Heathfield branch. I will (and do) recommend Wood and Pilcher whenever I can, and will reach out to them first when the time comes for us to move on again. Thanks guys!

From our first meeting with them, they have been nothing short of excellent. Firstly their valuation was very realistic and totally achievable. They ensured that all of their agents came to view our property, so that they could then describe it with enthusiasm to potential buyers. All of the viewings were accompanied by them, which we, personally prefer. The marketing material was very professional and really showed off the house and garden's best bits. Once we had accepted an offer, the post offer team were brilliant. Melissa, was our main point of contact and she liaised with the whole team keeping us regularly up to date with what stage we were at. All in all I really couldn't recommend Wood and Pilcher enough and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about selling.

Having had some pretty poor estate agent experiences in the past, I am naturally sceptical of them all. Wood & Pilcher, and the Heathfield office in particular, have been nothing short of phenomenal for us. They’ve certainly bucked the trend of my past experiences!
Extremely proactive, honest, quick to react when needed, down to earth, realistic and above all, they do all they say they will… quickly. None of the stereotypical estate agent bs either! Thank you for all your efforts on a challenging chain.
