We bought a property in north Farnham and it was a very good experience throughout, considering the challenges that come with any property transaction. Given the circumstances (difficult at times) Hamptons maintained a great level of communication and had a fair approach to each step of our purchase, from negotiations to completion. Although ours was not the easiest, it was successful and in the end looking back on the entire experience it makes us feel nobody could have done anything more for us really. We’ve bought our house through Hamptons and feel very grateful to the entire team especially Riccardo and James who were very professional, supportive, and dedicated to make everything moving forward despite various challenges and constraints. Our solicitor was a disaster, and when help was needed and it was clearly beyond of an agent’s direct responsibility, Riccardo did not hesitate a second to get himself involved to understand a problem, handle the communication process, and take actions to resolve the issues.
