This agency is a significant issue. Mold was present in the flat; they claimed it was not mold but dirt based on the photos. The deposit was returned 2.5 months later, following daily reminders. I recently moved to London and found a very nice flat in St John's Wood. I met several good letting agents while I was looking for a new home, but Miles Freeman from Chancellors was out standing among them. He didn't even say much, but he precisely understood my needs and talked to me quite convincingly. That made my decision much easier, and thanks to his professional advice, I did not lose the timing to secure the flat I moved in. He also helped me to negotiate with the owner Regarding the moving date as well as regarding furniture. I can highly recommend him as a wonderful letting agent.
