Extremely disappointing. My tenants moved out because the flat was in such a poor state of repair they were concerned for the health of their child but Belvoir had not passed any of these issues on to me. I would have been happy to have them fixed but for some reason they didn't agree. I have changed agency and will not use them again.... Read more

I am a landlord and I came to Belvoir Camberley for the purposes of managing my flat for rental, after a horrid experience with my previous managing agent. It's been 4 years since, and I have not regretted making the move one bit. Their responsiveness to issues at the property allows me to get on with my main business without having to worry about the care and responsibility due to my tenant. I find Belvoir Camberley to be an Estate Agent that is really hands on, and knows to manage a client's asset, just as if it were their own. I have used Belvoir since 2007 and will continue to use them for all my lettings. The team are fantastic and are being led by a brilliant owner called Raewyn. She is such a lovely, honest and genuine lady who goes out of her way to give the landlord the best experience.
