From the very first contact with Greenwoods Property Centre, Pete and his team have always been on hand to answer any questions, give us updates, help us with any issues and provide helpful honest advice. It was a very long and stressful process and similar to a roller-coaster ride for us but Pete and his team were always on hand to reassure us and deal with anything on our behalf. They have been a great support during the process. Just utterly fab! Highly recommend!!!

Pete, Lauren and Callie were very helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. I felt that their property valuation was sound and that their approach with us as sellers and the way they handled the potential buyers all contributed to a less stressful experience of selling. Several things are out of your control when you sell, so that is why it's great when you can work with a team who have a good culture of customer service.

I chose Greenwoods for the sale of our flat because we purchased the same flat through them several years before. When buyer they were knowledgeable and had obviously read the information from the sellers and were able to share this with us. They were helpful and professional.
Now at our time to sell we decided to use them again. They were very responsive,, helpful and knowledgeable. We sold the flat in a month and had lots of interest. We got mostly timely feedback on viewings although I did have to chase once. The video tour they offer I think is a great extra, i would say make sure you take out anything you don't want on the tour before they arrive as they got right into doing it before we realised and we left the cats litter trays out. The tour came out well and the photos were good also.
Pete called for catch ups eveb after we sold just to check things were progressing well. He offered some useful thoughts and tips along the way.
I would thoroughly recommend Greenwoods whitchurch.

From the first viewing we have been impressed with Pete, Lauren and Sara. They have been very communicative throughout. We bought the house during the stamp duty holiday, so our solicitor's were very busy and being honest, provided a terrible service. Pete kept the momentum up with ours and the sellers solicitor, chasing up things he wouldn't have to normally. Lauren attended approx. 7 additional viewings to enable us to get builders quotes and place orders before the completion date. Both of these are great examples of going above and beyond what would be considered normal. In fact, I would get updates from Greenwoods before my own solicitor would contact me! I would say without doubt they are the best estate agency team I have dealt with ever.

Not having moved home in 35 years, it was a daunting prospect. Pete and the team at Greenwoods were amazing and were responsible and professional throughout. Issues and questions were dealt with promptly and efficiently with excellent communication. They liaised with Solicitors when needed to move things along and all in all made the whole process smooth and speedy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Greenwood’s were excellent in selling our house.
Easy to get hold of, providing us updates along the way (even when it should have been coming from our solicitors) & never had a single issue with them as a company.
I would recommend to anyone trying to sell property in this area.

Having sold 2 houses and purchased one with Pete and the Greenwood’s team, I can do nothing but wholeheartedly recommend them.
From Start to finish on both transactions they kept me fully up-to date without any needless sales patter and just got the job done quietly and quickly, if there was issues they were straight with me and hence they got repeat business at a later date.
I’ve no doubt when it comes to putting my next property on the market I will be going straight to them.
