Cant buy a house for cash.
Waste of time
They ask for proof of money ect.
But no proof when you work for CASH.
cash in hand an save all you life in CASH.
They were offered to come out an see over £100k in cash. But they refused.
Whats the point of saying CASH OFFERS when you clearly dont take cash when offered cash.
Donnt waste your time..

Was a tenant for 4 years with Mayfair, lack of response and care when raising issues, some not dealt with for the entire duration of the tenancy, on leaving to a new home they also proved to be entirely rude, unhelpful and more concerned about turning the property over.

Mayfair were by far the most professional of the 3 agents that i got to value my house in Bleadon, they gave me a valuation considerably higher than the other 2. They produced a very smart brochure and photographs of my choice. The service from start to end was friendly and efficient. I received competing offers at the asking price and ended up selling for considerably more than other agents had advised so very happy with the whole service
