Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

Despite ringing 3 times and filling in online form waited over a week for any acknowledgement for a house valuations . By time they got back to us had already had another company had valued our home , completed the , had the photographs taken and the house was on the market !!

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by William H Brown. We were approved to move into a house managed by them, only to be blindsided nine days before our scheduled move-in date. Upon calling to confirm the details, we were informed that the landlord had decided to sell the house a few days prior, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodations. Not only was this lack of communication unprofessional, but it also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It's unacceptable that we had to initiate contact to discover this information rather than being informed proactively. Moving forward, I would caution others to think twice before trusting William H Brown with their housing needs.

Dominique and the team were very helpful from the start of the process to the finish of selling my house. With the house being of non standard construction it wasn't going to be easy. All options were considered before going ahead. Staff were very polite and supportive. Dealt with queries quickly and effectively. Thank you to everyone at William H Brown.

Exceptionally Poor Service.
You get passed from pillar to post. Really incompetent and lazy staff, slow processes and systems. As a landlord I dont have time to chase them continuously for things they should have sorted out weeks ago. They let the property to a person who trashed the flat and now I am struggling to get my deposit back.

I don’t think I can thank Sophia enough! She helped us get our perfect first home, answered all our questions, was open, honest and transparent about everything! Sophia made sure we were happy with whatever choices we made, and made them with the understanding we needed. Being first time buyers, and doing it through auction felt like jumping in at the deep end till we spoke with Sophia. And she wasn’t going to let us loose the house we fell in love with. I was promised that I wouldn't be out of pocket should my house sale fall through, unfortunately after 6 months of hassle my sale collapsed after my seller pulled out. I was left with an £800 bill with nothing to show for it! Don't be taken in with their false promises, the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with!!
