What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I’ve used many estate agencies over the years developing properties, so I can say (speaking from painful experience), Martin and the team are seasoned professionals. The process from the initial consultancy to sale, every interaction was efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effortless. Importantly, they remembered the key features of my property when showing to potential purchasers. I did my research on local agencies (volume of properties in my price bracket, volume of visible boards locally, customer reviews, quality of pictures, internet searches, etc) and it certainly paid off with Tim Russ.

It's easy to under-estimate the value that a good agent such as this can bring and they definitely set the bar high. Tim Russ (in particular Martin) did a fantastic job selling our house. They took the time to get to know the property and asked plenty of questions so they could accurately answer any questions from potential buyers. Martin went above and beyond to help us understand each step of the process and had a complete handle on all the parties involved in the chain, keeping us updated daily when it came to exchange and completion. Would highly recommend this estate agents.

Tim Russ and Company, Hazlemere and Martin Perry in particular is the best agent I've ever used by miles. Martin valued my mother's house realistically and we achieved a close offer which we accepted. Where this agent is leagues ahead of numerous others is in detailed sales progression. Martin and his team followed up every single aspect of the process in a swift, professional manner and worked well with us as sellers and I assume with the buyers too. We're very pleased we chose Martin's agency and can highly recommend him.
